is refund of tuition fee possible on withdrawl from college

My sister is going to complete nearly three months in christ universityin undergraduate course.she now wishes to withdraw. Will she get get refund of tuition fee after deductions.can the college refuse to refund on any ground?

The college is christ university bangalore.point is any college on face of it will deny refund.so if there are precedents to such then I can pursue the case for refund.
generally speaking the query was put up.incase there is a provision under UGC rules??
