Juniors are getting higher pay due to new cadre introduction

Our organization introduced new technical service rules for technical staffs and asked option from staffs. Many are opted and a few non-opted. Non- opted seniors getting low pay than juniors opt. My representation is rejected as non- opt staffs are different cadre and stepping up of pay can not considered. Now what to do? file a case in CAT? sir guide.....

You were the sector of your own fate. So, why complain now? You are not eligible for the benefit of the incumbents of the other cadre. Forget it. What was the fate of your representation the same fate would be written for your legal case, if filed in CAT.
