Which Forms are to be used in case of the following under the KARNATAKA VAT Act?

1)For transfer of goods within state to dealer for sale by him(dealer)later.(i.e, on consignment basis ).

2)For transfer of goods within State to its another branch (i.e.,branch transfer)

Form VAT 505 or 515 as the case may be. this is called as delivery note.

This deliveryn note can be used to transfer goods from one place to another in one state or for interstate transfer also.

But your query is confusing. Form used in case of FOR SALE Cosignments is E1 which comes under Central Sale TAx ACt and not under KVAT.
