Dear friends

As my client's father has disowned my client which is having matrimonial litigations.
My query is this whether he can reside with his father in his father's house.

if yes then why?
if no then why ?

You did not mention the nature of the property viz.if it is the self acquired property of your client's father, then he is at the mercy of his father.

If the house is ancestral even for his father then such son can reside in that house as a matter of right otherwise he cannot.

Father and son relationship should overcome your client's problem. If your client is downed by public declaration, then there must be something very strong differences between the two. Try to analyse and mend the same. Legally, your client has no right to live with his father unless he has a right over the house by inheritance.
