Lack of co-operation among plaintiffs- need remedy

(Querist) 16 January 2013 This query is : Resolved
Sir/Madam,
There is a case pending regarding declaration of title, of undivided paternal ancestral property inherited from paternal grand father located in Kerala.. I am one of the plaintiff and there are 3 other plaintiffs and one respondent. Two other plaintiff who are with me ( my sisters ), are not co-operating to conduct the case property nor prepared to give me power of Attorney, and are trying to drag on the issue. But I am interested to deal the case and to get positive end, but my sisters/2nd & 3rd plaintiffs are wantedly dragging on the issue.
What is the legal remedy open to me to this ?

attned court regularly . oppose application for adjournments . instruct your lawyer to file affidavit /compilation of documents on time . be ready for cross of defendant . most importantly pay yoour lawyer fees on time even if your sisterd dont contribute .

tell your ssiters you will pay all legal fees . presence of your sister s is not required on each date .
