My mother have 1.3 acres of agricultural land since 30 years . My father expired in 2012 . My uncle hold his agricultural land and he look after ours also .we are paying him for tax amount every year . We are staying out of hometown and reallocated to hometown recently
Now we have seen tax payment is in his name ( land on mothers name) , Please guide us how to sort out this to get back to us

What is your exact question? As you said the property is still in the name of your mother.. hence, the title of the property belongs to her..
Check all the property related documents and current revenue records and see whether your uncle has done any change over the same.

Consult revenue department to change the name.

Since your mother is titleholder payment of tax can be made by your uncle on her behalf, however, if there is some change in circumstances (girdawari in the name of your uncle shall not change title).
Discuss the problem with all documents with a local prudent lawyer.
