My Great Grandfather had 5 Sons, A,B, C, D ,E and before their death They had distributed the agricultural land and property among their children.
Now after the many years of distribution passed when there has been development of road near A and B's land, and A & B by their own income has made some addition to thier land by making a building nd home on that. Then C,D,E want to redistribute it,
is it possible, if yes then what is the options available for A & B legally to save Themselves.

A,B,C,D & E distributed their property (land and other property) among their children. But how? is there any document? if the document is available it should be verified. other wise now all the legal heirs may distribute the properties as their wish.

Sir Actually, My Great Grandfather Had Distributed the Property among their children (Among A,B,C,D,E) and My Great Grandfather is no more, So now There is Dispute between them!!

You have not answered the query posed by the expert Shri Satyanarayana, He wanted to know whether the distribution was done by ur GGF under any document. Normally in such matters either a settlement deed or a family arrangement deed is executed and registered. If no such document is executed and registered, but all brothers A, B, C, D and E, are enjoying the property under oral arrangement with metes and bounds, and got it noted in the property card, then D and E cannot, in my view, demand for re distribution of the property as there is a defacto partition of the proprty...
