Lawyer notice with os number

Dear Experts,
Our Residential Social Welfare association and 8 members of association and one more person received a lawyer notice with OS number on behalf of secretary of builder's sponsored association (yet to be introduced to residents). We are told to appear in Poonamallee Munisiff court on 30-10-2015.
we have received this only from lawyer.
How can we get the details of what are the allegations filed in the court?
The secretary of the builder association is also a power of attorney to the builder and working with them. He owns a flat but yet to move in.
Some one says we need not to go to Munisiff court and instead approach High court for further action.

appear in munsif court on next date and ask copy of case filed to know its exact contents.no need to go to HC at this stage.take help of local lawyer also.

Thank you sir,
The lawyer says since the allegations filed by the employee of the builder (through thro' association) and they interfere the freedom of this registered association, will approach the HC.
In fact our association only had been interacting with builder (lot of communications & MOMs) and pushed them to expedite the work and also correct some of violations like car parking in OSR area etc.

Have second opinion from other lawyer after getting copy of the case filed by them.
You have to oppose the case filed on merits.
