leave and license agreement renewal

My leave and license agreement is getting over in June at that time I am out of India is it possible for me to renew the agreement in this month.

Dear Sanjay

I think both parties reday do execute fresh document you can execute L and L before the termination period. And it should be mention commencement of this agrement dated July to next prescribed period.

if there already a renewal clause in the existing agreement, then it can be done easily. If not, new agreement is to be executed.

Dear Sanjay,
You have made your querry in very brief and not given the basic details/ conditions of your previous agreement.
However if their is a clause in the previous agreement , you may reniew your agreement.

if ur L n L agreement is regd., u will have to be here again for the registration. And I agree with the all views expressed by learned members.
