hello sirs(experts) my self vinit g joshi from ahmedabad, i have recently joined one of the mlm comapny named mars home build developers, the official web adress is marspower.in. the comapny has provided the certficate of incorporation and commenecement
in his website as a legal document and the comapny is a limited company, i want to know that is my investment of rs 4400rs is safe and can u tell me which type of limited comapny is this(ltdby gurantee, sharecapitral or liability)and which others documents are required to be verified by us before joining any mlm comapny pls take this matter as serious and reply me sir on my email id vinit_g_joshi@yahoo.com

Vinit! You should visit personally the website of company and all the documents provided to you. You may also visit company law board cite and can check the registration of the company and its memorandum of association etc. before investing therein. It is not possible to post all this in ur personal mail id.

Dear Mr. Vinit,
the said company is a public company limited by shares. look it has been given certificate of commencement that means it can easily get into trade and all that but if u wish to be asured whether it 's the authority to trade in mlm or not, then do visit the RoC, Jaipur and find this out after going through its MoA. concerning whether u should trade with this company or not, then please go through its previous profit and loss accounts for at least three years.
