Learned experts,
My client is a legal heir of a member of a housing society. Of course, there is one more legal heir who has no objections to my client taking the site allotted to deceased member.
1. The site was allotted after the death of the member.
2. My client has produced succession certificate based on the will of the member, wherein the site was not shown as it was not yet allotted.
3. The OP disputes the will, succession certificate and insists another person as beneficiary (who has no objections) to be made a party.
Now, my query is:
1 Whether, that person can intervene in proceedings before consumer forum by filing an impleading application?

Who is this OP? He has no standing in the case and when the other legal heir has no objection, he can not intervene in the proceeding.

Who is that OP and how he is concerned with the family affairs of the legal heirs?
Also, what is the stand of the society?

Goyal sir,
I could not log in till this day.
OP is a housing society.
They say since I have already a site, the site allotted to me since it is against bye law to grant a site to one who already has another site of his own. I cannot be benefited under will- they say.
