The legal heir certificate is issued by Tehsildar after proper inquiry by Kanungo/Patwari.................and is accepted as valid.
The affidavit made by a family member in say some Suvidha Center and attested by say Tehsildar/Ex.Magistrate may not be confused with legal Heir Certificate.
In any case if the details are correct then what is the apprehension.
Finally court shall decided as it pleases to court in accordance with lawful practices.
