Hi All,
My mother has three sisters and one brother. Her father has two brothers who don't have any children, but possess some property(self earned or inherited from their parents, don't know now exactly) like house and agricultural land in our village. All the three old men were passed away leaving behind their property without any legal heirs.
Clarify me whether my mother and her siblings will be having legal rights in the property(self earned or inherited from their parents) of their uncle or not?
My mother and her siblings were all married some 30 years ago.
Thanks in advance,
vamsi

If your uncles did not leave any issue behind
them, nor their widow or mother as heir of class I or his father of class II or father of your brother or their any sister then as per entry Iv (1) Brother's son (2) sister's son, (3) brother's daughter, (4) sister's daughter would be the heirs, all of these are those present out these shall take equally.

I agree with Ld. Prabhakar Singh.
The property would devolve on your mother if there is no widows.

All those properties will go to your mother and her siblings. In turn, their legal heirs will share it.
