Legal seperation from brother

I am 26 year old and goverment employee, my eleder brother and his wife are a loudly abusive person . They are daily mentally torture me and my parants.
can i legally seperate to my brother.
plese answer my query.

in whose house you staying ? you cn aalways stay separate from your brother .

all my family live together in my father's
home. i think my brother and his wife preseurize me and my parants for out from this home. my house market price is 80 lac.

If house is ancestral you can seek division of house. It is is your father's self earned house then he can sell it to any goon and start living with you peacefully
