Legal validity of will in the custody of one of the beneficiary during life time of testator.

(Querist) 29 May 2013 This query is : Resolved 
1.Whether the Will made by the Testator and kept in the custody of one of the Beneficiary of the Will during his lifetime is legally valid under Law and enforceable and cannot be challenged mainly for this reason by the other Beneficiary ?.
2. Can you please quote few such Indian cases and their Ref.No.?.

There is nothing illegal in keeping the Will in the custody of one of the beneficiary.
