can alawyer submit a Bill of liaisoning work of mutual deals.

Yes. An advocate is basically for the purpose of liasioning and if he has liasoned in any matter, he can submit its bill in accordance with the settled terms and conditions.

It is not covered by Advocate Fee Rules - It shall be paid as agreed by the Client/party !
