How many years person have life Imprisonment in India?

In india, generally Life imprisonment mean till the end of his or her life. Not any time limitation like 10 years or 14 years.

Dear Author
As you read, life imprisonment simply means imprisonment for the rest of the life of the accused. There is no specific limit regarding term of imprisonment. The govt. may decide to reduce/commute the term of imprisonment which is again depends upon a lots of parameter. It is not right of the convict to bargain the period of imprisonment with comparison to other's.

Life imprisonment ordinarily mean rigorous imprisonment for full or complete span of life.
