The Case status of Supreme Court website shows the next listing date as 4th Dec '09.

From the information available on the internet it appears that as per order dated 12/05/2005 of HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K.G. BALAKRISHNAN and HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE TARUN CHATTERJEE Six weeks' time was granted for filing counter affidavit.

It is not possible to find out whether the Counter affidavit is filed or not. If you are a party please contact your advocate on record.

Mr. Rao is correct the official website of SC does not provide info regarding the stage of case, the best info can be given by the lawyer concerned.

it could be listed for admission or for filing of documents or arguments may be for hearing on some misc. application.
