Hello
2 month ago i met girl. After few days we started live in relationship.
After some days she insisted me to marry with her but due to my family problem i asked time from her but after she again insisted to marry and when i asked her some time she gone in police station and gave complained against me. And forced to marry with her.
In this she tourture me alot and blackmailed me that if you dont marry with me then i will file case of 376 aginst you.
Please help me i never accepted this from that girl everything is in mutual concent

How you and she is aware about 376, what that is, if not an academic query?

Police is corrupt. But one cannot expect them to be so corrupt that no action is taken against you.

You have worked hard to create a sustainable allegation against your.

So now fall on her feet and beg for mercy.

If she's insisting on marriage tell her that can be possible on terms and conditions those will be elaborated in an agreement to be signed by both. The agreement will be drafted by senior, experienced lawyers, to be signed and witnessed by parents of both parties and registered. What all terms and conditions will be there she will have to agree. Recording of this conversation should be done by you and during the conversation also make sure for her to admit her involvement in relationship with her free consent and you never forced her for it but for marriage you are insisting.
All this help you to collect evidence against her which you can use in your defense in case of her misadventure of filling complaint against you for charges of rape under section 376 IPC or cheating under section 415, 420 IPC.
