One boy wish to study L.L.B but his status was poor to pay the college fees . If u know any institution will offered any free Law course??? He has belongs to S.C category..

Why not your class fellows contribute a bit out of their pocket money? Else he should contact some bank for education loan.

If he is willing to do LLB.. no one can stop him against his will power.. there will be so many ways.. contacts such NGOs or contact and apply to the college authorities with the facts or get help from the bank or get friends contribution.. when there is a will there is a way.. if you wait for things to come easily and free.. you will keep on waiting.

He can try for educational loan.
