Sir, can I get loan against my duplicate FD, as employes of central bank of India were refused to me.

There are Lot of Procedures to be followed for obtaining a duplicate fd Discuss in detail with your concerned Bank.

The bank may lend as per extant rules of the Bank in respect of such loan/advance against FD, from time to time.
The bank/banker may agree to lend against instruments are free from lien and restraint.
Although Bank issues duplicate FDR per procedure and might have got indemnity signed from you.
It is lender's/Bank's discretion to agree to lend or not.

Confused advice by Mr. Dooba!
Even otherwise also, his advice can only make a person perplexed, like sinking in some river, as DOAB IS KNOWN AS A LAND BETWEEN TWO RIVERS, denoting his fake ID.
Anyway, why not take help of Mr. Doab to get loan from his bank, if the bank has refused to honour your duplicate FD?

FD is only receipt of money kept with the Bank, not a negotiable instrument, not transferable instrument.
Bank has issued Duplicate FD and the same is valid one as original one.
Bank should not refuse to give loan as while getting issued Duplicate receipt you must have submitted indemnity.
If employee has refused loan did you met the concerned Manager of the Branch.
Lodge complaint with the concerned Branch, concerned General Manager, Chairman of the Bank online / otherwise. You would get result soon.
Can use RTI to obtain related directives from the Bank.

Shocked and amazed with sickening comments of Dhingra.
You are not 1st one.
These post was not warranted but is again under compulsion and is wastage of my precious time and monies……………………………….since in this thread also Dhingra has attacked and abused.
That eventually is to be paid by this good for nothing Dhingra and his good for nothing M/s SUPER SPECIALTY SERVICES FOUNDATION (INDIA) that he advertises without any shame and claims as “Jackaal of all Trades”.
He has been cautioned that his cost and consequences of his misadventures are heritable.
We laugh daily on jockering of this Dhingra.
You may go thru his posts in all threads posted by LCI under his profile and note the abuse, nuisance that he has been littering at LCI for years and his worsened conduct since last 8-10 months.
He has proved that his situation is beyond scope of recovery.
He has mistaken himself to that extent that he feels that he will get some clientage by abusing at LCI……………………….and his abuses will get him some publicity and clients and some FEE for his daily bread, salt and tea.
Offer him a cut ( Dalaali) from your FDR and you will see saliva (Laar) running out of mouth and he will virtually lie down on your feet.
You are liberty to oblige him.
You may show the printouts to our elders in the family, your own counsel at our location and proceed as most suitable to you.
