hi sir's there is so much corruption in my village my grand father passed away in the year 1991 n my uncle made a notary nazar gahan khat in 2003 on his name n took loan from a vishal junnar pathpedi we came to know about this n we contacted the pathpedi manager,thalati,tehsildar,police but there was no response so we filed an rti to sahayak nibandak sahakari pathpedi n after a long wait got the{forge} documents copy from the pathpedi we have pherphar in which it is shown that my grandfather is dead n there is varas nond i hade send the documents copy to the police station nearby the pathpedi n send a rti they gave response but they send a statement of the bank manager in which he said he has nothing to do with the case n he has been cheated but no fir no other important things related to the case what can i do for this is there any one who can help ?

Also Inform Mg comm of Bank, to investigate who all are involved, and who all were benefitted??

if your uncle has defrauded bank he will suffer . you have informed bank lodged police complaint if bank does not take action dont spend sleepless nights . forget it

if you are determined and have sufficent time to waste and can afford to spend on legal fees contact a local lawyer . file complaint before magistrate under 156(3) that cops are refusing to take action on your complaint . to pass orders directing cops to investigate
