sir i am a hindu boy love with a muslim girl for 8 years. but suddenly on 25 july she got married with a muslim boy.sir we tried our best to leave alone but we cant. n now again we r in deep love. her husband is residing in dubai. sir my queries are.. 1. how can we live together? 2.what are the legal charges imposed on both of us if we'll marry each other.?. 3. wat are the ways through wich she get divorce?. 4. plz send me pdf of muslim marriage act.. plz sir help .. we r in depression . her husband will come in february 2017. before his arrival we have to make legal plan to escape her from her matrimonial house. plz sir help..

Your love appears conditional. You love each other means non of you should marry any other. If any body marries other it will remain no love. As such in this condition the Love will convert into Hate. So now you hate each other and not love. In fact your love is a bargain that you will love to her only if she marry to you only. It is a deal. You want that your love is subject to the happenings and circumstances as per your own wish only. Plus your love is secrete also. Your lover married to other but did not disclose about so called love because she love her mother. She love her father. She love reputation of family and status. So comparatively your love has less weightage then her Love.
My dear I suggest you to love her, unconditionally. Let her live as she like. Is it not possible that you carry on loving her as wife of some other?
However if you really love each other unconditionally and want to live as husband and wife, there is no any law in entire world which can prevent you. At first you both are to spend a few years in Jail. You both shall have to forget meaning of words like family, society, customs, relations, relatives, reputation, faith, confidence. The animals do not know all these words. We are also animal but these words make us different. So after Jail, you shall have to gain all these words again. If you both are able to re establish all these words come alive to you, you will become again human. After that you both have no problem, you can live as you wish.

Find another match for yourself and stay away from problems.

At this age, I do not hope, you would agree and would act upon the advice given in this thread.
However, thing / try / decide to save your career, future problems, avoid time to be spent in jail and in court, huge litigation expenses, embarrassing situation for your parents by forgetting her at this stage as she is married.
