In a bike accident, my right leg above knee was amputated. Now my case is in High Court around for 4 years.

When I check the case status online, case is shown as disposed in Lok-Adalat last month.

My advocate is telling me that insurance people will deposit money in the court and he will inform me.

Around one month is over and nothing has happened.

lok dalata must have granted time of 4 weeks or 8 weeks to deposit money . obtain certified copy of order

in the high court site CERTIFIED COPY AVAILABILITY STATUS when i type the case no ..status is nil...in judgement status also nil.from where i get certified copy of the lok-adalat order from which site of .now one month over,my Adv told me case is compromised he dont give any other details i searched in net and i go to high cort site typed the case no and get case status disposed in lok adalat ...link i typed the disposed date ..in that date it is infrount of the lok adalath

even if your case is settled in Lok Adalat, it must be in your knowledge. Without your knowledge, the case could not be settled in Lok Adalat. So confirm from your advocate with regard to the settlement details.

Thank you all for your valuable replays,
i discuss my case with my Adv.he told me on Nov 2013 case is settled in Lok Adalat and judgement still not given to my Adv& insurance poeple..my question is if cort give judgement on January or FEB from that date on words i need to wait getting claim amt/one of the member in this club(Mr.adv,Ajay posted that it take 4 weeks or 8 weeks to deposit money thats why i am asking
