In our society one person selling his flat, Buyers are two friends and their wives. the flat is one bed room hall kitchen small flat. can two couple/ friends (unrelated) can buy? can M C take objection on it?

Any number of people can jointly buy a property.

There is no legal hurdle to do so. It is the mutual understanding of the persons rather of any legal requirement in this regard.
