My wife have a medecine shop & few fixed deposits of Rs 2.5 lacks & demanding maint.pl provide me judgments in which maint. is denied due to handsome earning of wiferiven

hi,
when either is spouce is having earning capacity, those person/spouse are not entitled to claim maintenance and it is for you to prove.

When you wife is earning cupacity & she deposits amount in bank.If you prove this fact by leading oral & documentary ecidence the sre is not entitled for maintainance.riven
