(Querist) 05 August 2013 This query is : Resolved
I got married seven months back.i want my marriage to go perfectly fine but my husband doesnt want it.He and his mother tried alot to torture me mentally by all means of shouting and silent treatment at the same time expecting me to work according to their wish.his father also switched later and the whole family compelling me to step back just because he doesnt want to continue this marriage.1st they sent me over to my house at present i am living with my parents.i sent them a legal notice to come and take me back, but my lawyer broke my trust.everything went against me.i dont know what to do?i am helpless.if my husband is dying for divorce why he is not taking any step further?he made me hang in between..not letting me come back home nor doing anything about it .what should i do? i even sent a telegram long back to my lawyer saying i dont want her in this matter further.she didnt even reply to that pretending innocent. My husband threaten me if take matter to the court he will spoil me and my family.please help.

Till you take alternate steps as suggested above by the experts there exist no reason for your husband to talk or take any step. Take the assistance of some local lawyer to proceed. He would be forced by the above steps to settle the issue.

You may engage another lawyer if not satisfied with the services of present lawyer.
