My freind in maharashtra she is hindu and married with muslim i want to know what is process for taken facility like money/homemade things taken from maharashtra government please tell me.

ask him to register his marriage with the marriage registrar, he will issue the marriage certificate, on the basis of that ur friend will get the benefits from the state government.

You have not mentioned the details of marriage,whether it is registered one or else?
For any monetary benefits make representation with the concerned District Collector.
