I got married in an arya samaj mandir,new Delhi. My husband is from haryana and I am from up. I want to change my surname. How can I update my new name on my adhar card, pan card and voter id. We live in gurgaon since 2 years. I have a certificate which was provided by arya samaj. But I have not registered my marriage in registrar office. I donno the procedure for the same. I want to change my name legally and follow my husbands permanent address as my address.

very arya samaj itself could help you as they can certify before the registrar or provide you the relevant certification updated.

Registration is always your own safety ;purposes oriented.
