Marriage of foreign national

One Australian lady wants to marry an Indian man both are belonging to different religion. She is Christian and he is muslim. Can he marry her in India under Special Marriages Act? What are the ways available for their marriage?

Yes, they can marry,they can submit application for the same.

The Muslim man can marry a christian lady as per Muslim Law, which is valid. As per shariath law a muslim male can marry validly to kitabia,ie., christian or jew women.Further it is advised that,the consequences of a marriage under special marriage act will be bitter for him.
