My neighbour is in need her father was no more he died in 2003 , she is only child of his parent's she is in need of job soo plsz tell can she get job in uttar pradesh

compassionate job is not undated cheque or buried treasure.
the qualification of seeker of compassionate appointee is not at all relevant. All that is relevant is whether the candidate is metric or not. If metric he/she can be considered for clerical job (if available in 5% DR quota of Gp-C&D. If no such post is available the candidate can be given any available post and refusal to join menial post closes the case.
In this case the candidate is least likely to get a job because:-
(1) case is 12 years old and there is no need for immediate sustenance to the family.
(2) married son/daughter is not eligible fo consideration.
