A V Vishal (Expert) 12 January 2010
Under S.15. of the Hindu Marriage Act: Divorced persons when may marry again: - When a marriage has been dissolved
by a decree of divorce and either there is no right of appeal against the decree or, if there
is such a right of appeal, the time for appealing has expired without an appeal having
been presented, or an appeal has been presented but has been dismissed, it shall be lawful
for either party to the marriage to marry again.

The period of limitation for appeal against the decree/order is 30 days from the date of such decree/order is passed. That means if there is no appeal preferred, then you can re marry after 30 days from the date of decree/order.

3) Small Crowd

4) Act Naturally

5) Found Missing

6) Fully Empty

7) Pretty ugly

8) Seriously funny

9) Only choice

10) Original copies

If decree is obtained mutually then immediately and if has been obtained after contest then after expiry of appeal period means one month from the date of passing of the decree in the given case.
