Mediation

Q) i have attended six session of mediation in supreme court of india in matter of dispute with my wife. but no outcome is reached. whereas mediator is unneccessary harassing by lingering the mediation. so i told mediator that i am withdrawing myself from mediation. next date is on 11/5/13. but i dont want to attend mediation and want to quit. does mediator can take action against me?

you are at liberty to with draw from mediation . he will merely inform the court that mediation has failed

Mediator cannot initiate any adverse action against you in the given situation.

Q) makkad sir plz tell me that 1/3rd of salary means gross or net salary

It depends upon the heads of deductions out of gross salary. If deductions are mandatory then the net salary shall be considered but if the heads are voluntary then gross shall be taken.
