As per decree of divorce, father can see his daughter only after prior fixation of meeting once in a month so if he violates any clause, you may refuse him to meet your daughter and if still he makes forceful entry then get stay order against him and intimate the local police and seek their protection.

Right of the husband is restricted by the order contained in the decree of divorse. He can come only with prior notice and consent of the wife. You can lodge a police complaint for his forced entry in to the house in violation of the divorsed wife.
