Mental disorder, love affair and fraud

Ld counsels,

Is it possible for a wife who is having mental disorder to have a love affiar with another man other that her husband.

Will that alleged love affair and mental disorder invalidate a marriage and stand as a gound for annulment.

Is it also possible for a person with mental disorder to deliberately conceal the pre-marital love affair from husband there by commit a fraud on marriage. Can a metally sick person commit fraud on marriage.

Kindly clarify.

The ground as stated above is fit for divorce if not the annulment. Fraud or not, one can definitely apply for divorce on such ground.

You can file an application for divorce on grounds of suppressed mental disorder and adultery.
