I am a senior citizen. I am facing a lot of mental harassment with my brother. My only fault is i am tolerating him because my family prestige shall not be dragged to streets. Taking advantage of my weakness he is mentally harassing me to the maximum. What legal remidy is left tome?

He grabbed my share of property by fradulently creating false ducuments for which i am running piller topost to get back. In another property he is forcebly trespassing with muscle power and instigating for a physical fight which i cannot do. In some other case he is forcebly collecting rents from my tenants. I became old and sick. Mentally i am unable to bear his nuisance. Helplessly I am watching. He is not afraid of police and law. More to tell but i cannot explain.
