Money cheating

hi
i have got cheated by a person, he took money and said he will give in a week time but 6 months passed , he neither gave cheque nor any written proof, i have all the recordings of him , he said he will give me money and second time he said he need not give me money, and third time he says he will give money when he gets his money,but he is going on wasting my time, what is legal action i can take on him

First give a police complaint and try to take at least proof of giving money and get a cheque with their help.

In absence of written proof it would be difficult to prove the money given and the terms of return.

You could make the Complaint on the basis of Criminal Breach of Trust with intention of Cheating.

In the absence of written evidence that you have given money, it is difficult to recover. Pursuade him through others.

you have advanced money by cash . you dont have any acknowledgement from borrower . no letters by borrower promising to return the money . difficult for you to prove your case
