Need to know if Nellore town [Andhra Pradesh] is a notified town for creating mortgage by deposit of title deeds; and if yes, a reference to the notification will be of great use. Thanks.

As per the Book -Law of Mortgages -by Sri S A Chary-Published by Asia Law House - Hyderabd - Book- Page No;- 403 - Nellore Town( AP) is Notified Town/City - for creation of Mortgages by deposit of Title Deeds!
