Can a LCI experts issue me a leading S C rulings as to the point of jurisdiction of court in entertainig mvc case; where there is "no jurisdiction" but court trys the petition and orders compensation- aganist this, i need rulings very urgent.....plz Thanks in advance and regards to all members visited.

There is no such citation in my knowledge wherein the jurisdiction of the MACT is barred to entertain any such petition.
Where from you hear such citation?

Mr Ramesh, I am joyce, a lady. thanks for the reply. I know the meaning of juridiction, but in one of my case mvc is filed at other district where accident took at anothre distrct,& parties reside again in other different district, So hw can this petiton be tried? to be clear: Accident at Mangalore, parties resides at Bagalkot dist, filed at Gadag dist. Can it be entertained by Gadag court is my querry?

I have already told you about the jurisdiction and also have shown the ruling of Raj High Court. I had also contested the case on the same ground but the fast Track court judge didn't consider my defense and allowed the petition. He is in favour of petitioner advocates
