I have purchased one Flat from a builder 2 years ago.Flat Registration is over.Builder constructed 150 Flats in the campus.But Flat hand over letter not received from builders.Society not formed till now.Is any municipal Tax liability to us. we are residing at Raipur (Chhattisgarh)

Registration of sale-deed includes the handing over of the property in favour of the buyer so please check it. As the society is not formed and you are legal owner of the flat so you have to pay municipal tax.
