Dear Sir,
working as Job Consultant having good banking track record but unfortunately when i started business in 2004 taken one loan from SBBJ bank or due to financial crisis was not able to repay 50,000/- Rs but as my business grows recently before 1 Yr cleared all amount in my loan,But this bank manager is not giving me no dues certificate or NOC.
Please give me suggestion that how i can take action against this bank manager or how i can get my NOC letter.

First personally meet the bank manager and get yourself cleared the reason he has not to give NOC and if it is unreasonable then you shall lodge a complaint before the Bank Ombudsman.

This bank manager is bound to give clearance certificate for no dues or NOC provided you have cleared your loan borrowed from the bank first approach your bank manager giving him clear picture of loan repaid if itis not then approach the bank OMBUDSMANfor complaint.

Keep ur communication on with the Bank Manager with CC of all the complaints to the Ombudsman . You will get the certificate immediately .
