My husband can not followed compromise judgement given by family court

I Jalpa Rajendra Kakkad , living in Rajkot. Since from Last 5.5 yrs judge is only giving dates and not giving any judgement in Family Court at Rajkot. How ever in and also the judge and the lawyer is regularly pressuring to go for a mutual maintenance order before the judgement.
Now I agree and got Mutual Maintenance order by compromising, and get judgement from Family Court. Now My husband can not followed this Judgement. as per this judgement, my husband have to pay me maintenance regulary , and i have to withdraw all cases which i can done against him. but, he is not paying any amt., and tells that now he dont eant to follow this judgement. Now, in this condition , what I do ?, Plz. Suggest me.

make an application for execution of orders passed by family court . in execution proceedings he can be arrested if he does not comply with order . he will pay when he has to go to jail

The same court has to get its judgment followed in letter and spirit from your husband so file an application under section 125 (3) of criminal procedure code through your lawyer and get the desired results.
