Safe and secure way is registered the gift and your siblings will present as identifier and as witness. In the gift deed a normal expenses be stand.
Either your mother execute a WILL in favour of you.

Settlement deed is the right choice. You ask ur siblings to sign as witnesses.
Will is not advisable.
