We recently married. My wife is torturing me with her emails and bad mouthing me and my family. I have stopped speaking and sleeping with her and she tortures me whole night by speaking and waking me up. My family have tried to reason with her but she is out to dominate me. Being a gentleman and educated person I have come to conclusion that it is best we separate. I am staying abroad with her. What should I do to separate from this abusive relationship

You and your wife can first engage some counsellor discuss the problems and try to sort out the problems or misunderstandings if any.
Applying for divorce should only be a last resort. Since you and your wife are staying in abroad you can apply for divorce in a court in the abroad itself and seek relief.
But please make sure that you try to resort to counselling and talks with your wife and make her understand your feelings, failing which you may go to court for divorce.

Try counselling, family panchayat. Then go for divorce if nothing works out. You can go in for judidicial separation, in case u don't wish to break the tie altogether immediately.
