NA. permission for Weighbridge.

(Querist) 07 September 2009 This query is : Resolved
My client is living near Mehsana (N.G.)

he wants to establish a weighbridge in his old N.A. permitted Land.

is it necessarily require to get N.A. permission again?

what are the norms for that?riven

In my opinion a land is permanantly permited as N.A. It is not necessary to gate N.A. permission again.
But previouse N.A. ppermission is for residancial purpose & now you are using said land for commercial purpose i.e. change of perpose,I think you have to gate new permission.riven

Again n.a. Is not required bt u should take permission for chang of purpose if na given for residential purpose.riven
