As per Sec 58 of the Partnership Act a Firms name should not be suggestive of any approval, sanction or patronage of any Government.Apart from this there are no restrictions but if the name is in violation of The Emblems and Names(Prevention of misuse) Act, 1950 and opposed to public policy they are likely to be rejected

As per Section 58(3) of the Partnership Act 1932 you should ensure that the name of ur Firm does not contain any words namely, Crown, Emperor, Queen, Royal, or words expressing or implying the sanction or approval of the Govt etc. There are no other restrictions. But it is always advisable to avoid names of Firms which are already existing or doing business in the area where ur Firm is situated, as it is likely to confuse the customers and in the long run may work to ur disadvantage.
