Hi Sir,
My 498a, 3 & 4 DP Act Case is going on the Court They Planning to file More Cases on Me for Demanding Money from me
They went to HRC also.. Two months Back One Fine Day DSP sir, was Called up me in front of 498a Gang, They are Saying to DSP Sir want Separation, Letters, No Relationship between Her & Me but Theydon’t Want to give Divorce There are hide 498a is Going On in Court at HRC
Then DSP Sir, Said to Them Wait Up to Final Judgment,
Or
1) Give a Petition by Taking Advice of PPO File Another Case on Him. for taking Action (Means On Me)
2) File a Divorce Case on me.
3) Already 498a,3 & 4 DP ACT cases are going
4) Otherwise go for Discussion Presence of CI OR SI in Police Station
5)Iam Unable to Understand Plan of 498agang’s Plan?
6)Recently means in this month 04/08/2013 My wife has filed DVC case on me,entire family in other area court
Every date we has attend the Court with Entire family,Plz give Advice to Difince the Case
I have Some Evidence like
1) Her College ID card,
2) Her Voice recording after case File on me two Months Continuously Meeting to me,
3) Call Data Records
4) Party Photos etc….
One more Important Point is My Father-in-law's having Two Wives, and + Another Setup is there this is Open Se-create Now I have Ration Card Proof (AP STATE Civil Supplies Card Straight that He is Former having 2 wives,& 7 Children’s which is Belongs to this Dahegaom Mandal ) BUT He is working in Singareni collaries Company Limited (GOVT Company) I,e Coal Mines Earning salary is 40000 to 50000 per month and This Gang is Staying another place i,e Bellampally Mandal and in this Mandal also having Ration card. Case filed on me from these Bellampally Mandal.
In Bellampally mandal Record Ration Card…. Straight that His Second Wife is the Family Head She is Hiding her Husband Job
Taking Caste Cerficates, Income Cerficates etc…for his Children’s Educations as Below Poverty Line family (White Card)
Finally What i mean to says,
1)These is Different Point of view He is having 2 wives, Taking Benefits from the Government. By Brokers Created a profile in Two Different Mandal Headquarters. He is Himself Criminal Minded Person.
Himself he a Cheater, and filed False 498a case on me.I have these proof with these can i file a case on them Regarding holding these government beneficiary cards in two different Area's.
2) In my 498a case he has mentioned in charge sheet that he was an a government Employee, Other Area he is mentioned He is an Agriculture Former for AP Civil supplies cards in different s mandals
Is there any Source to file any Cases on them like other person OR Shall I submitte these proofs in court cheating manner point-view to the Government. To take Legal Action on them.
OR
3)Shall I Wait for Trail-stage to submitte these type proofs of Cheating mentality
OR
4)GO for Counter Cases because they Torch ring me in Different Ways, like getting Calls from Police Dept, They Wants me to Die Myself .
Plz give Advice in these Issue.

contest the cases on merits don't file fresh cases . you will end up running around courts and spend more money on legal fees

you have to file your written reply to complaint filed by your wife . deny the allegations made by wife . state your side of story .
the entire family need not attend on all dates . you along with your lawyer can attend the case .

Yes, after going through the DV complaint, file your written submission controverting the allegations raised by her.
You can file those proofs as stated in your query.

you seem to have lot of money . why you want to spend more money on legal fees and running around courts in filing counter cases . ?
consult a local lawyer and go by his advise

None is required to attend the court in person in DV Act case. Even your lawyer can attend it or either of you can also become present.
So far as evidence in your hand is concerned, it can be brought on file at the appropriate time. Discuss this matter with your lawyer.

in DVC case judge sir said to us discuss in front of relatives and take her back to with You, but there are not come forward to discuss,There are not ready send her to back asper Judge sir,instruction.
What i have do for this Situation Plz give Advice it urgent sir.

Hi sir,
Plz tell me what should i do in this Situation.
In DVC case Iam ready to take her back,and if she is refused, by seeing the above evidence this entire story based on her parents direction.
then what will happen.
1)either i have take her back by the Judge order. OR court will grant order to pay Huge Amount to her?
2)How many Years will take to closed the Case?
3)OR Is it any chances to put any cases on my family. already we R running 498a,3&4 DPAct cases + DV case?
4)In what way should i do to close this matter.?

Hi sir,This Question of my friend having same cases in same court he is staying in rural area.plz give the clearification
1)
how much Amount will sanction for wife,no children and she is working.
2)Iam jobless,now iam searching for jobs what should I do?if sanction some maintenance to wife
3) if sanction some amount then also i have to attend the court dates continued or not.
4)i shall i approach to higher court regarding with maintenance order. even though ready to her back.
5)he wants to ask to court wife getting maintenance but what about him he needs wife,can file petition for second marriage. is possible or NOT.

My wife is filed (false) case 498A,3&4 DPACT on 5/6/2011.XXXX court
Again they went to HRC in Andhra Pradesh on 12/09/2012
DVC Case also filed on 04/08/2013--yyyy Court,different Area created with fake Address,
Now on 30/5/2014 I received a calls from 1)ASI, 2)HC, 3)Unknown Lady (Not saying Either COP,Other person)
I have told about my cases are running in Courts They told to me Come to Police Station on 2/6/2014.and given time upto 04/06/2014 498a Gang has forced me to Tell in court I will give divorce to her.and Demanding huge Amount Conditions which is Not acceptable I told them already we R running 498a,3&4 DPAct cases + DV case to SI sir,
I was left the Police Station,with in 15 minutes 498a gang has Attacked me in public,Took me Away by Auto and went father-in -law's house and i have Injured. my Parents got intimation from my Friends. my Parents call 100 Rural SI HeadConstable Other PC ‘shas Saved me.handovered me to urban SI .(noted names of the Gang, took photo’s with his Mobile.) Here Kidnapping is Happened in Urban Area,Attempt to murder location is Rural Area
I have given Complaint against this 498aGang Total 13 no's on same day to Urban SI while taking complaint 498agang’s Political leaders are entered then IO is saying don’t mention you have saved by Rural SI write it you only escaped from the Place. otherwise i will take a complaint from 498a gang and I will put you jail I will prove your complaints false.The situation is I was injured on that time more option for me took sign on empty paper is Given MLC letter to for Treatment now iam Under-treatment 15 days has completed. Presently don't know the my complaint status.
What should Ido Now!

There is no question of the intervention of Human Rights Commission rather you can approach SSP.
You cannot get stay against the DVC case on the ground that the same has been filed at her native place.
You shall have to bring entire facts with the evidence to the local police and accordingly shall have to wait for outcome failing which file a criminal complaint under section 200 of Criminal Procedure code.
