I am Satish
I am writing this on the behalf of the my widow sister. We/she are in a trouble and facing lot of metal and economical stress due to the land plot matter.
My sister has land plot on her name but the local corporator and few people are pressurizing us to leave this plot so that they can make a illegal road on it which is denied by corporation as it is not allowed as per the layout and planning of the area.
Actually the scenario is that this plot measures around 1400 sq feet but there is a extra 3 feet space which doesn’t belong to anyone as this is the only plot remaining in the sequence of plots and as per the town plan there is no road planned through the plot as it is a private property and it doesn’t belong to the government .But the local corporator and
MLA is taking personal interest in this matter and they want us to not do any construction on this plot and leave this plot for them to construct an illegal road which is illegal as per the corporation and town planning. They want us to leave that extra 3 feet and lave more 10 feets so that can construct an illegal road to join two different surveys even though there is no planned road to join these two different surveys by corporation or town plan.
As per the legal procedure K.J.P (Kami jast patrak) we have paid all the fees of the government and made that extra 3 feet on our name(ownership) so that we can construct a home for my widow sister as she don’t have any way two earn her bread and butter.
We did K.J.P and took all next level permissions from Talathi,Tahsildar and the plan is now accepted by the corporation. We have all the legal documents with us. Despite of all the legal procedures now the government office who did all this legal procedure under the political pressure canceling the K.J.P without any legal reasons after the 4 months of legal procedures so that we can’t build a home for my sister and leave that plot for an illegal road construction.
In this what we can do any legal solution ?
