Hi,
First of all a very happy new year to all the members of this site.
Query - I have applied for new Job and the said company send me the background verification with a field name as any criminal case. I have one pending FIR under sec 498A which still not start in the trail court and i am on anticipatory bail.
My question is if i fill no in this section does this effect on my verification. I am already working in one company from past five year and no effect on this job.
Thanks

Yes, as suggested, suppression of facts which may be material or not to the new assignment, will attract legal provision later on, hence to decide judiciously at this stage is always better.
