No exit clause in the agreement

One service agreemnt has been signed between a vendor and a company.The agreemnt is for a period of 1 year.In the agreemnt there is a clause whereby it has been mentioned that the Vendor cannot terminate the Agreement during the tenure.But termination by the Company is silent(no where mentioned whether company can terminate or not).Now Company wants to terminate the agreement by giving 30 days Notice.Is it tenebale under the provision of Law?

In the absence of any specific clause, it has to be a reasonable period. what is reasonable will depends on case to case basis.

For a one year agreement 30 days notice seems to be reasonable.
